When it comes to wellbeing and cellular health, plant-based eating and an alkaline diet plays an important role in the integration of supporting an environment in the prevention of dis-ease, the reversal of dis-ease, and eating nutritionally what our species type is most set up for. As a gardener and food justice advocate, growing food and herbs, eating naturally, from the ground up, and organically, has created a powerful and vibrant lifestyle in which I began sharing more with others when I started teaching cooking classes, in collaboration with Minneapolis Edible Boulevards in 2021. Classes have been taught virtually over Zoom, in community gardens, and at local Minneapolis co-ops. Creating and demonstrating the simplicity and affordability of healthy eating is a key ingredient during my classes.
