As humans we face a variety of hardships, challenges, stresses, and traumas. Certain experiences, circumstances, and even ancestral memories can create anxiety and a vast list of negative responses. As we process through emotions that simply do not feel good or are aligned with our higher, more enlightened selves, the body can take a toll and our emotional states can take full control.

There are tools and practices that can be used to help our nervous systems work through thoughts and break patterns that can be debilitating. Empowered Path Living Sessions have been designed to teach you self-care practices, help you recognize when negative and harmful thought patterns arise, and give you different perspectives to work with. These sessions can be thought of as similar to life coaching, receiving guidance and direction on your path, vision/goal setting, and rerouting challenges you are currently facing. With years of experience in advocacy, counseling, and wellbeing practices, I am available to assist you more deeply and meet you right where you are on your present path. You will leave our sessions feeling relaxed, encouraged, and empowered!
