This spring, immerse yourself in a complete holistic renewal. Enjoy a personalized 75-minute bodywork session designed to release tension and restore balance. During your visit, you’ll also receive tailored regenerative health insights—simple steps to support your wellness journey at the cellular level. As you leave, take home a delicious, plant-based meal crafted to nourish you from the inside out.
This 2-hour session includes a 30 min regenerative health wellness coaching session, herbal tea, 75-min full-body relaxation massage, and taking home a plant-based meal. This exclusive offering is available for $150 for the months of April, May, and June.
April-June Introductory Rate
Prior to your appointment you will be contacted to confirm your appointment and select what meal you would like; A raw Rainbow Salad w/Maple Lemon Tahini dressing or Coconut Curry Vegetable Buddha Bowl w/ Chickpeas & Quinoa.
Using bodywork as a transformative and healing approach in aiding and supporting the body and its systems via therapeutic touch, energy, breathwork, and affirmations, I offer a space for the mind, body, and nervous system to reset and relax. Current bodywork services include; full body relaxation, prenatal, and abdominal massage.
Bodywork sessions are located at my clinic located within Zarah Wellness: 1200 West Broadway Ave. N. Suite 210c , Minneapolis.

My sessions currently use a Green Bottle Sliding Scale approach which is a tool for economic justice creating equitable and accessible bodywork care for most.
