Using bodywork as a transformative and healing approach in aiding and supporting the body and its systems via therapeutic touch, energy, breathwork, and affirmations, I offer a space for the mind, body, and nervous system to reset and relax. Current bodywork services include; full body relaxation, prenatal, and abdominal massage.

Bodywork sessions are located at my clinic located within Zarah Wellness: 1200 West Broadway Ave. N. Suite 170 , Minneapolis.

90 mins. $120-180

Prenatal Massage

Abdominal Massage

Please decide the best payment rate that creates the most ease for you. Payment will be collected after your appointment. Cash, card, or all other forms of electronic payment are accepted (Ex. Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp.)

My sessions currently use a Green Bottle Sliding Scale approach which is a tool for economic justice creating equitable and accessible bodywork care for most.
